Itinerary

  1. Day 1

Eden Marina → Sainte Anne Marine National Park — Sunset Beach & Night Passage

Arrive at Eden Island Marina by 2:00 PM and complete embarkation formalities. Meet your crew, begin with boat familiarisation, safety briefing and emergency procedures — an introduction to life onboard. Depart Eden Marina by 4:00 PM and sail towards the beautiful waters of Sainte Anne Marine National Park. Enjoy your first Seychelles sunset from the beach with ice-breaking sessions and beach games. As darkness falls, begin your first overnight passage towards Curieuse Island. Learn basic navigation lights and watchkeeping while experiencing the magic of sailing beneath a sky full of stars.

  2. Day 2

Curieuse Island & St. Pierre — Giant Tortoises, Mangrove Walk & Snorkelling

Wake up at anchor off Curieuse Island, one of Seychelles' most unique national parks. After breakfast, head ashore to meet the famous giant Aldabra tortoises at 8AM before beginning the scenic nature trail from Baie Laraie to Anse José through mangrove forests and native vegetation — about one hour, with a glimpse into the island's unique ecosystem. Relax and swim at the pristine beaches around Anse José before returning to the yacht for lunch. In the afternoon, a short sail to St. Pierre Islet for snorkelling — colourful reef fish, healthy coral formations and excellent chances of spotting sea turtles in crystal-clear waters. After sunset, begin an overnight sail towards La Digue and enjoy another peaceful night at anchor.

  3. Day 3

La Digue Island — Cycling & Hike Day

Start the day early and experience La Digue the way locals do — by bicycle (approx SCR 200/day). Cycle through traditional villages, vanilla plantations, coconut groves and spectacular coastal roads. Visit famous beaches and local cafés while soaking up the laid-back Seychellois lifestyle. Adventure seekers can continue on the trail to Anse Cocos, one of the island's most beautiful hidden beaches — about 1 to 1.5 hours each way, moderate fitness required (3.5/5). Spend the afternoon relaxing at Grand Anse and exploring further. In the evening, browse local markets, shop for souvenirs and enjoy an overnight stay at anchorage beneath the stars.

  4. Day 4

La Digue → Sainte Anne Marine National Park — Snorkelling & Back to Base

Begin the morning sail back towards the stunning waters of Sainte Anne Marine National Park. Spend the day snorkelling among coral gardens and tropical fish in crystal-clear waters, enjoying one final swim in Seychelles. During the final sail to Eden Island Marina, revisit the sailing concepts learned throughout the trip, log your nautical miles and capture final crew photos before arriving back at Eden Island Marina before 12 PM.

FAQs

Do I need to know how to swim? What fitness level is required?+

No! Our trips are beginner-friendly and non-swimmers are welcome to join. We ensure that life jackets are worn whenever required. A basic level of fitness is all you need — these trips are designed for almost anyone who loves the sea and wants to experience life on a sailboat.

What about seasickness while sailing?+

Catamarans are among the most stable and luxurious sailing options available. With favourable weather conditions expected, seasickness is not a major concern. Most people adapt quickly to the motion in good weather, and we carry anti-seasickness tablets onboard if needed — though it's quite rare for anyone to feel unwell on our excursions.

What are the safety measures and emergency procedures onboard?+

Safety is our top priority. Each trip begins with a comprehensive safety briefing covering life jackets, onboard movement, emergency protocols and yacht safety equipment. Our certified skipper and crew are well-trained to handle emergencies and adapt to changing weather conditions.

How are the cabin arrangements and sharing options?+

Cabins are generally shared between two participants of the same gender. Couples may choose to stay together. Private cabins may be available on select trips at an additional cost, subject to availability.

How many hours do we sail each day?+

Sailing duration varies with the itinerary and weather, typically 3 to 6 hours per day. There's plenty of time for swimming, island exploration and relaxation. We plan the pace according to the group's vibe — we never miss out on the fun.

How much cash should I bring?+

Carry enough local currency for personal expenses such as meals onshore, the Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy (7 EUR per night), national park entry (300 SCR), souvenirs, tips, bike rentals (300–350 SCR), activities like rock climbing (150–250 SCR), scuba diving (1,500 SCR) and other small purchases. Some islands only accept cash, but cards and ATM withdrawals are available on the commercial islands.

What happens if there are weather changes or sailing restrictions?+

Safety is our top priority. If weather, sea state or local regulations affect the planned itinerary, the skipper may modify the route, schedule or destinations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The cruising grounds are generally well protected with sheltered anchorages, and the skipper's decision regarding safety and itinerary adjustments is always final.

How many participants are there in each group?+

Our trips are designed to be small and personal — typically 5–8 participants per yacht — for a more intimate, social and enjoyable sailing experience.
